The Christmas concert will include the traditionally performed pastoral service “Hey Mister” by Jakub Jan Ryba and the cantata Ceremony of Carols. The British composer Benjamin Britten wrote it during the WWII when he crossed the Atlantic on board of a cargo ship in 1942. Since then, the composition has become traditionally performed during the Christmas holidays, especially in English speaking countries.
